Technology and the internet will play an integral part in your child’s learning at Denbigh. We pride ourselves on taking a proactive approach to teaching our pupils about E-Safety and using technology responsibly.

All pupils are taught about E-safety as part of the ICT curriculum, and additionally through Citizenship activities throughout the year.  The school has been accredited with the ICT Mark and is in the process of applying for the 360 E-Safety online accreditation.

In each year group there are Digital Leaders who act as peer mentors, and take an active role in the education of others with regard to the use of technology.

As a parent you will be invited to attend E-Safety workshops, so that you too can take a proactive approach to keeping your child safe online.  These sessions are free and held regularly at the school.  If you require a one to one personalised session, the school are happy to oblige.
