To develop the knowledge, understanding, skills and passion of pupils in relation to the health and social care sector. Health and social care studies give students a strong understanding of work in this field and the pathway they are likely to take towards future employment. This is to be done through understanding compassion, empathy, teamwork, communication and how interpersonal skills can be used to positively affect the lives of others in need. This course is set out for hard-working and skilled students with a strong moral purpose.
